Even the term “waiting room” implies some sort of discomfort or annoyance. We live in a time where no one wants to wait for anything, least of all when they’re in a crowded and uncomfortable room that makes them wish they could leave as soon as possible. Designing a waiting room is really all about visitor satisfaction. You want to make sure that people don’t mind waiting so much, even if they are in the midst of a busy day or if they’re waiting for something that makes them nervous (say, a visit to the dentist). We’ve combed the web to find some of our favourite waiting room designs. Perhaps you’ll find something here that inspires you to do a renovation in order to keep your customers, patients, or patrons happy. 1. Colourful, Quirky Waiting Room Design Image Source 2.
